The Enterprise Applications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of the ERP Application (IFS Apps10) and other Enterprise Applications, coordination of incidents and changes by working with the internal Applications team, Key Users and Third party providers to ensure the Applications remain stable, supported and developed as necessary.  She/He is providing regular updates back to the Senior Manager and Director of Applications.

Role description

•            Ensure that the Business is fully supported with the development and configuration of the ERP (IFS Apps10) and Enterprise applications, primarily through the engagement and coordination of functional leads for ERP and Third Party Partners and Suppliers.

•            Ensure the maintenance of TM1 Planning Analytics is fully supported, primarily through the engagement and coordination of consultancy services.

•            Manage the estimation, prioritization and delivery of essential modification and configuration of the Applications, in line with critical Business needs and expectations.  Ensure that once live, the maintenance of the new ERP is fully supported and resourced and continually developed to meet business requirements.

•            Provide a leadership role in the development, testing and implementation of all application components, ensuring Quality are involved as necessary, to maintain the Validation status of the Applications.

•            Work closely with IT Infrastructure and Security to ensure Applications conform to company standards with regards to IT general controls, including for example, backup and recovery, audit, and security.

•            Provide oversight to end user support processes, ensuring business users are receiving appropriate support through agreed upon processes.

•            Provide regular update reports back to the IT ERP management.

Role requirements

Technical skills and abilities:

•            Five or more years of related experience including design and implementation of ERP or similar solutions.  Experience at external consulting with a large consulting firm preferred.

•            Hands-on experience with software configuration, prototyping, and testing using IFS or similar ERP software solutions.

•            Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and design in supporting a global manufacturing business.

•            Must have good presentation, organizational, and documentation skills and strong problem solving and business analysis skills.

•            Ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.

•            Excellent team leadership skills with proven success contributing on both large sub-teams and leading small projects and the ability to manage multiple project tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

•            Exceptional experience of a wide variety of software applications

•            Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI would be advantageous.

•            Intermediate to strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

•            Good command of spoken and written English.

•            Ability to manage multiple requests and demands in a result oriented and changing organization.

•            Experienced at facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders, suppliers & business users.

•            Strong customer focused approach, able to deal with all levels of staff and skill sets, capable of translating non-technical requests, then communicating solutions appropriately.

•            Proactive in identifying and investigation of issues and presenting potential solutions.

•            Flexibility to contribute to tasks and assist in solving problems outside defined role.
