Essential functions for this position are as follows:
- Preparation of the annual budget for 60+ cost centers
- Compilation of monthly sales reporting by region and product line
- Preparation of the monthly OPEX forecast by department, adjusting assumptions and variables as needed
- Review of monthly actual v. budget income statement reports and variance analysis where necessary
- Provide daily order and shipping reporting by entity
- Preparation of weekly backorder reporting by entity and product line
- Reconciliation of monthly sales and use tax by state
- Compilation of quarterly gross margin reporting by item and review of reporting for outliers
- Other projects or responsibilities as required
